Return Policy

  • Any damage or discrepancy of the ordered product should be communicated to the deliverer while receiving and should be communicated with Big-O Shop through email ( within 24 hour of receiving the product.
  • Customer will get replacement of the discrepancy or damage product without any additional cost of product and shipping charges.
  •  The replacement of the product is not applicable if any damage or quality downgrade occurs by nature or any other inevitable circumstances.
